Get to know John Crudele

With almost 40 years experience, John Crudele is known as a speaker, author and coach who relates to his audience in a very personal and profound way. More than two million people have been inspired by his stories, attracted to his authenticity and challenged by his candor.

John has the uncanny ability to connect with both young people and adults. Uniquely, much of John’s work is founded in the auditoriums, gyms and hallways of our nation’s schools. Students, teachers and parents find meaning in his messages as he creates pathways into the heart of the issues that matter most.

In 2002, John founded the nonprofit Partnership for Youth, from his desire to lead young people helping shape their futures, and served as President for seven years. It’s now thriving under the leadership of its Board of Directors. He smiles and reveals that the youth he spoke to in the past are now often the employees, managers and leaders in his audiences today.
