When John Crudele presents for professional associations and conferences, they each have their own energy, content, and expectations. Depending upon the goals of the organization, he customizes each program with the clients outcomes in mind. These clips are from a message delivered in Bangkok, Thailand. It’s for a smaller audience (150 people) of Human Resource Directors. The stories, humor and message are translated into several languages at once as the audience listens and responds within the context of each of their cultures. It’s times like these when the speaker discovers and learns as much as the audience… if you are listening and speaking at the same time. The same is true everywhere!

Association Showcase

What’s your story? In a showcase the objective is to present a message that gives the meeting planners a sense of your message, style, humor, stories and delivery. In this clip I’m simply striving to be transparent and gran the audience permission to think about the personal side of their professional lives. To demonstrate my willingness to be very real and transparent, draw from my experiences with 1000’s of audiences of all ages and invite the listener to reflect on some of life’s deeper questions. Who are you and what do you stand for? What has meaning and matters most to you, to your team and to your organization? Who are you? What do you stand for? What would happen if values, mission and vision were aligned and each member of your team were empowered to be more authentic and embrace change and growth?
